Beacon Injury Law ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to information you send us through our booking page, phone line, and email.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a Free Case Review, call us, or email us, you may give us:

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider may collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

No attorney-client relationship

Contacting us through this website, by phone, or by email does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship begins only after we have agreed in writing to represent you.

Until then, please do not send confidential or sensitive information, such as medical records, Social Security numbers, or financial account details, through the website or by email. Information you send before we agree to represent you may not be treated as confidential or privileged.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our practice, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include our website and booking provider (Wix), our email provider (Google Workspace), and our phone provider (Grasshopper). These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or the rules of professional conduct that govern lawyers in Virginia and Maryland, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
